Star Wars: The Bad Batch Details and a New Trailer

March 30, 2021 by Justin Brady in Disney+, Star Wars, TV Shows

StarWars.com again releases some news about one of their shows, making it two days in a row! This time it’s a new trailer for Star Wars: The Bad Batch. The first episode debuts on May 4th, 2021 and is 70 minutes long! May 4th is a Tuesday, but with new The Bad Batch episodes debuting every Friday, there’s speculation that the following Friday, May 7th, we will get a second episode. The Bad Batch will air on Disney+.

We were introduced to The Bad Batch, or Clone Force 99, in the final season, Season 7, of The Clone Wars. We got to see Hunter, Tech, Wrecker, and Crosshair team up with Anakin and Captain Rex as they went on a mission to rescue Echo who was being held as a prisoner of war by the Separatists. Once Echo was rescued, he joined Clone Force 99 as one of the team members.

Check out the new trailer below and keep your eye out for some familiar faces - Fennic Shand (from The Mandalorian), Captain Rex, Tarkin (we’re not sure if he’s a Grand Moff yet), and a younger Saw Gerrera.
