Welcome back to More Than Meets The Eye: A Transformers Podcast! We review the sixth live action film in the franchise - Rise of the Beasts. We are introduced to the Maximals and the Terrorcons, as well as Unicron!

Set on Earth in 1994, we are reunited from the Transformers from the last film - Bumblebee and are introduced to some new Transformers. We discuss any connective tissues with Bumblebee and with the subsequent Michael Bay Transformers films. There are some but not a lot.

We talk about the new plot device - the Transwarp Key and how Unicron is after it and he sends Scourge and the Terrorcons to track down the Key and the Maximals. Luckily for the Maximals, Optimus Prime and crew, along with some resilient humans, Noah Diaz and Elena Wallace, they team up to try and defeat Unicron and the Terrorcons!
